WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL - heat network - PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
Susesco is providing programme management and consultancy expertise to Westminster City Council ((WCC) on their ambitious heat network programme. This includes South Westminster Area Network (SWAN) which is a proposed £1bn heat network scheme in which WCC are a key stakeholder. Susesco has provided the following range of services:
Heat network business case - Led development of the an outline business case reviewing options for investing in an existing heat network. This includes assessing low carbon heat options such as Water Source Heat Pumps in the Thames and Direct Heating solutions.
Programme Management - Enabled WCC engagement with the South Westminster Area Network (SWAN) and ambitious £1bn project looking to deliver a low carbon heat network across South Westminster.
GLA - RETROFIT ACCELERATOR - TECHNICAL PROGRAMME LEAD
Susesco provided Techical Programme leadership the GLA’s flagship commercial building retrofit programme. This was a wide ranging role which facilitated over £100m investment in energy efficiency projects across hundreds of public sector buildings. Susesco’s consultancy services included:
